Each agency has a specific application deadline, so families are encouraged to submit their applications to the provider agency as soon as possible to ensure timely assistance.

When is the deadline?
Deadlines vary by provider, so apply ASAP. (See list for details.)
What documents do I need?
You will need one of the following: a food stamp verification letter listing everyone's name who wishes to receive toys and/or food OR a copy of everyone's medical cards. A food stamp card CANNOT be used.
Can I apply for a grandchild?
Yes, if you are the legal guardian and provide the required documents.
What counties are covered?
This list includes Kanawha, Boone, and Putnam Counties. Outside this area? Dial 211 for resources.
How will I know that I'm approved?
You will get a letter from your toy/food provider informing you about distribution.
